Hi,

Since you have been physically present in the U.S. for more than 50% of the time in the past 5 years, and since no single absence has exceeded 180 days, your properly filed naturalization application should clearly be approved by the USCIS.

You can contact our law firm at 212-268-3580 during business hours, or email [email protected] for additional guidance or to receive a quote on our legal fee without obligation.

You should be fine, however, I would hire a licensed attorney to prepare your application to make sure everything is properly explained. Please contact me for a free case evaluation and affordable quote.
