marriage to a us citizen abroad

I will soon merry my American boyfriend in Paris.HE will studie in France for the next 2 years so I will often be alone in the US.I will get the conditional resident card in 2 months,but Im afraid,INS will deny my petition for the removal of the conditional status 2 years from now..How can we solve this problem? You haven't supplied enough info to answer you question. Where are you living now? If your boyfriend is currently living abroad, how can he fill out an affidavit of support for you with 3 years of taxes? Why don't you just live with your boyfrend in Paris and immigrate when he is finished with his studies?
