I have may provisory green card is not the permanent one, we have an interview next year when will be completed 2 year marriage. What can I do on this situation? I do not want to came back home, Do I need to stay with him after that? If I leave him for that reason do I loose my green card?

Re: marriage green card

If you have temporary green card for two years, you will not loose it until two years expire. There are certain possibilities to apply for permanet green card even if you divorce your husband. you should contact a lawyer to explore all the possibilities.

Re: marriage green card

Has your husband told you he is going to leave you for the 20 year old girl?

Are you and your husband still together, or have you seperated?

Why are you indicating that you will leave him after you get the permanent green card?

Did you you marry just of citizenship?

Re: marriage green card

I strongly recommend that you consult with immigration counsel to discuss your options in detail. Under certain circumstances you will be able to self-petition to have your conditional status removed.
