Re: marriage
One of the most important questions in a matter such as this is the circumstances under which your boyfriend entered the country. You should seek legal counsel in determining what options are available and what the best strategy is under your particular situation.
Re: marriage
If your boyfriend entered the U.S. legally and has not been subject to removal proceedings, Once you marry you will be able to file an immigrant visa petition on his behalf and he would be able to become a permanent resident.
You should seek competent immigration counsel to discuss this matter in detail. Feel free to contact our office for a consultation.

Re: marriage
how did he entered the U.S.? Did he have a valid visa or Entered without Inspection?
Re: marriage
Depending on how your boyfriend entered the US (with or without a visa), his immigration history and his parents' immigration history, he may be eligible to apply for a green card in the United States after you are married.
You should consult with an immigration attorney to discuss his eligibility in detail.
Re: marriage
Depends on whether you are a U.S. Citizen and depends on his previous immigration status, you might be able to apply for a permanent resident status for him.
You can however marry him if he has a valid ID, regardless of his status.
