I recently fell in love with a guy from Canada and wishes to marry him. The problem is I am an undocumented person living in the USA, How will that affect me living in Canada with my new husband?

Re: Marriage
Hello:
Given your status in the US, you will not be able to file your application with the Canadian consulate in Buffalo, NY . You will have to file that application in your country of origin and the processing times can vary greatly from one country to another.
Finally, you could have filed your application in Canada as an inland spouse of a canadian citizen, but you need a legal status to enter Canada.
Should you have further question, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
