Married to a Jamaican Citizen
I am an American Born who married a Jamaican citizen, how do I start filing for her?
We have been married for about three years now. I now live in New york and she is still lives in Jamaica. I want her to come up now.

You should file a special petition for your wife, for K-3 visa that will allow her to enter USA and you should also file a petition for her that will give her a green card so that she can permanently reside in USA.

You'll want to file for a K-3 spouse via for your spouse.
