Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

i have been married to my wife for 13yrs. about 11yrs ago my wifes green card/permenant resident card was destroyed in a fire. how can i get my wife u.s. citizenship without knowing any of the numbers on green card or permenant resident card. my wife has a socil security # and has worked many years.
