Marrying fiance but receiving food stamps
I'm going to marry my fiance, for whom i got a visa for, but i'm thinking about applying for food stamps and welfare; would that affect his case when we marry and apply for his greencard?

Re: Marrying fiance but receiving food stamps
Once you marry and file for your husband's green card, you will have to either show sufficient income or provide a sponsor who will file an affidavit of support on your behalf, if you do not have sufficient income.
