N-400
If i got my Green Card though
marriage last Jan 19, 2007, filed the
I-751 already was given a receipt but
still waiting for the fingerprinting
schedule, when can i apply for
citizenship? (by the way I am still
married with the same guy who
petitioned me for my green
card)..Hope someone can help
me...Thanks in advance!

You are eligible to file the N-400 3 months less than 3 years after the date you obtained your conditional premanent residence based on marriage to a U.S. citizen.
