Re: Naturalization

Your title states that you are inquiring about a naturalization appointment. The body of your inquiry suggests you are inquiring about a green card appointment. I will assume from your content that you are inquirng about your green card appointment as a result of filing for adjustment of status (I-485).

If you filed through a lawyer, you should communicate with your lawyer. He or she may have received the fingerpoint appointment, medical forms & list. If you filed on your own, you should go to 26 Federal Plaza at about 5:30 AM, stand in line, request a ticket, and explain your problem to an INS contact rerpresentative. The contact representative will most likely refer you to the adjustment of status unit to try to resolve your problem regarding the fingerprint appointment, the medical & the list. The bio form was supposed to be submitted at the time of filing. If you didn't submit this form at the time of filing, you can download the form from the INS website. The reason you should go early is because if you are not there when the doors open at 7:30 AM and are not one of the first people in line, you will be there all day on most days.
