Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
Hello, I am non citizen, I have BF ( us citizen) we will get married soon, ( but he was in prison and he doesn't have pasport and citizens certificate for a while we have to replace it) question is , if we marry now ( without his documents) when I get my US pasport , after 3 years before registration or after 3 years before immigration interview

If you marry a U.S. citizen, he will be required to petition you for U.S. Legal Permanent Residency (greencard). Proof of his U.S. citizenship is required for that petition, so he is going to need to obtain a duplicate naturalization certificate or U.S. Passport first.
If you are approved for U.S. Legal Permanent Residence, then you can apply for U.S. citizenship (naturalization) three years after being approved for such status, as long as you are still married to him, or are married to another U.S. citizen (if you divorce your husband-petitioner before then).
