i have in appointment to register with the nseer because i didnt register in 03 do i realy need a lewyer or just go by my self or with my wife

I would strongly suggest you consult with an immigration attorney before attending your appointment for NSEERS registration. I will also be possible to have an attorney accompany you to the appointment which may be beneficial depending on your personal circumstances.
