Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

hello! i overstayed my visa by several years, left , and was able to get a new tourist visa and enter the u.s. after leaving the u.s, on return,i was denied enterance, removed and banned for 5 years. my boyfriend lives in u.s, he's a citizen. is a fiance visa helpful to allow me in until we get married? is there even a chance? or do we need to marry outside of the u.s in this case? thank you!

You may qualify for a waiver but it will depend on the circumstances of your situation.

You might need an I-212 special permission since you were previously deported. Also, you will need an I-601 waiver since you might be found inadmissible for misrepresentation. We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney.
