Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

in the past years,my mother added me as a dependent on her tax returns..though i was woorking i never filed taxes since she used me as a dependent.now i got married a month ago and am filling uscis form i-1864 and it asks me yearly annual income and i dont know what to put there since am supposed to put what is on my tax returns which i dont have cos i dont file.am now working for 11 months now and next year would be my first time filling since am married now.i have a joint sponsor though who is my cousin.do i have to attach my mums tax returns to show that she added me as a dependent or do i leave the yearly annual income blank.i make like $200 a week and $250 in tips a week.do i add that up and put in the yearly annual income or do i just attach a letter.

You should have filed a tax return for the years you worked, so I highly recommend you speak with an Accountant regarding that issue.

You should not submit your mother's tax returns, since she has nothing to do with the case & is not a co-sponsor.

As far as your current annual income goes, you should put the amount that you estimate to earn in 2014.
