I am married to a permanent resident of the u.s and having a baby for him, so I just wanted to know if I could get my permanent resident or not.

Re: permanent resident
You probably can obtain lawful permanent residence status but this is going to take time because your spouse is not a US citizen. Contact an immigration attorney for advice on how best to accomplish this.

Re: permanent resident
It depends. You should discuss the details of your case with an immigration lawyer. Whether you can get your green card based upon your marriage to a lawful permanent resident will depend on how you entered the country (legally or illegally), when you were married, whether he has ever filed a visa petition for you, etc.
Our office has extensive experience with family-based green card application. If you wish to consult with us, we would be happy to help.
