Petition for close relatives

I recently became U.S citizen and I would like to know how or what application i should file so my Mom can get her Green Card.

I'm 40 years old my Mom is 62 and she is here in N.Y.

To petition for your relative the first application that needs to be filed is the I-130 (assuming you are eligible to apply for your mom). Further, as your mom is currently here in the USA, she needs to be eligible to adjust her status to a permanent resident here. This would depend on whether she entered the USA legally?
