can i petition for my step dad and step brother..i am a us citizen and i live and work in newyork. my step dad and step brother live in nepal

Yes, you can petition for your step dad provided he married your mother when you were less than 17 years old. You can proof that by your step-dad's marriage certificate and your birth certificate.
