Under the Family Sponsor Immigration Act, you may be eligible to request that USCIS continue her I130 petition so that you can obtain permanent residence, as long as you have a substitute sponsor and there are humanitarian reasons why USCIS should not revoke the petition. You should consult with an immigration attorney who has experience with handling such cases. If you wish to schedule a consultation to determine whether you qualify under the FSIA, feel free to contact me.
