petitioning for wifes relatives, parents, brother or sister
Can I as a US citizen petition for my wifes immediate family (brother and or sister and or parents ). My wife presently has US permanent residency. Her relatives are in Bogota, Colombia.

No.Only your wife can petition for her family after she becomes a USC.

No. You cannot apply for your wife's family as they are not your immediate relatives. Your wife can apply for naturalization and then apply for them. Brothers and sisters have an extremely long wait for a visa (approx 10 years)
