Proper Format for Sworn Affidavit
My green card will be expiring on Oct. 2007. I am required to file I-751 and one of the requirement to submit is a sworn affidavit of two people who have knowledge of my marriage since the time I got married.
Can you please send me a copy of the sworn affidavit looks like coz they dont have it at USCIS website for me to download.

Re: Proper Format for Sworn Affidavit
A sworn affidavit is basically a statement under oath. I would recommend contacting an immigration attorney to assist you with this application. They are somewhat complicated and can be denied if you dont submit proper documentation. It may cost you but in the long run it will save you time and money both.
