public assistance for green card hoder

i have green card for two years.

few month ago i got medicaid

will my sponsor (for sure) will be charge for the use of the my madicaid ? if yes only what i used or also surcharges etc.

is there exceptions? cuz i didnt know ?

I would need more information regarding your particular case before I can comment on it properly.

However, I would like to know why did you apply for medicaid in the first place?

Did you tell your sponsor that you applied for medicaid?

Repaying Medicaid will depend on the information that �you provided� on the application when you applied.

If you or your sponsor do have to repay medicaid, then the government will want all the money owed to them including all surcharges, the collection charges, and interest repaid.
