question

Hi, after all the paper work the next step was to post an add on the newspaper and labor department accept my application for work permit (I have a lawyer) but my sponsor refuse to send his tax information what can I do now ?do I have to get a new sponsor?it has to be the same kind of job ?(grooming assistence) or any person with good income can sponsor me, I still working in the same place there is any consecuenses for me now. thanks

Your employer's tax returns are crucial. However, if you are already working with the petitioner employer then you may be able to submit your W-2s to show your employer's ability to pay, provided the pay is equal to or more then proffered wages.
