What court system will a lawyer have to proceed in for a client that has been accused of violating a court order and criminal menace

1. The same court that issued the order of protection

2. Once the violation of the order of protection is established, then you can go to the criminal court and get an order from that court. That will have greater remedies available for violation.

3. 'menacing' is a criminal charge. So criminal court is the place.

You can also sue for civil damages.
