when to re-apply

Hi if my green card (conditional

resident) will expire on January 19,

2009 when should I re-apply? Hope

someone can help me.Thanks in

advance.

Re: when to re-apply

You must apply for your permanent resident card within the 90 days before your conditional card expires. Based on the information that you provided, the earliest that you would be able to apply for your permanent resident card is October 21, 2008.
