Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

I recently found out my husband only married me for his green card. Next March we have to fil the I-751. How do I fight against it and make sure my signature is not frauged?

I have had a couple of client's in a similar situation and we filed to withdraw. Primarily because as the petitioner you agreed as per the affidavit of support to be responsible for him financially.
