Hello im a U.S. resident and im pregnant and my boyfriend and i want to get married. However my boyfriend is 20 and under his fathers case to get his green card.My boyfriend's father is being sponsored by his employer. If we get married would that effect his case under his father.

You have provided limited information as to what visa your boyfriend's father holds. Since you mentioned that your boyfriend's father is being sponsored by his employer, I will assume he is here with either H-1, H-2 or H-3 visa. If this is so, then your boyfriend might be here under an H-4 visa as an unmarried son, below 21 years. If my assumption is true, then marrying your boyfriend, with H-4 visa classification will affect his status because he will no longer be and unmarried son. Remember, H-4 visas cover spouses and UNMARRIED children under 21 years old.
