Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

Revoke VISA
I revoke My ex wife IR1 VISA.

My ex wife came to NYC 3 months ago . She used me for a Visa.

She came to NYC but never come to my house. Now she wants a spousal support. We already went to court for child support and for custody.

I called immigration and they told that i can revoke the GC and I did,but nothing is going to happened until her GC expired.

I want to know if I have to pay a spousal support ?

Should I go to a attorney for a legal GC cancellation ?

What do I have to do?

You clearly state that she is your ex-wife, What was the agreement that was made at the time of the divorce?

Where did the divorce take place?

As for her immigration status, you can call the immigration service again.
