r.n employment immigration
can an employer file for a r.n who is in the u.s and out of status and what are the requirements to obtain an extension of stay on a b1/b2 visitors visa and how easy or hard is it to obtain this extension.

A person who is out of status cannot change their status while they are in the U.S. Moreover, they may be facing a bar from re-entry once they leave the U.S.
An extension for a B visa can be filed before the status has expired. There must be a valid reason for such a request.
