Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
hi my sister came here as a dv2 (10years green card married) to a dv1 (10 years green card )since home her husband won the lottery visa they both came here in usa. after 3 year of marriage in USA and 5 years of mariage back home they been living in total for 8 years .they split together no kids cause he is sterile.and since then they been living apart living apart . she got divorced and now tryng to file for citizenship.is that divorce affect the naturalisation?

If she's been a permanent resident for 5+ years, then she can apply for naturalization regardless of the divorce.
