Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

Hi there, ive got this situation: i overstayed my visa in US for more than one year.

In my wedding day me and my fiance (already wife) went to US Embassy to get visa for our honneymoon however they (consulate) issued us a visa.

My question is when i arrive in airport (US) do i face any problem with immigration?

If a person overstays their period of admission for one year or more, then they are barred from re-entering the United States for 10 years. I am not sure why the U.S. Embassy issued you a visa, but there is always a risk they might not admit you as a non-immigrant.

Are you married to a U.S. citizen, or are you just planning on visiting the U.S. for a vacation?
