i want a specific answer
my question was specific.
my case is im here for 10 years n i work only for two months, i want to know if uscis will denied me citizenship because im here for 10 years and i did not work because they wont see any taxes records from me. people always they'll ask u a for 5 years taxes.
i want a specific answer , im not talking about denial because of arrest records

In order to qualify for naturalization, one must have filed taxes for all the years in which they were required to do so.
If you were not required to file taxes as a result of your financial position, it may not go to the issue of Good Moral Character and hinder your ability to naturalize.
You should consult with an immigration lawyer before filing any paperwork.

You will need to show that you did not file tax returns because you were not legally required to (for example, your income was below the minimum amoun t required to file tax returns). This may lead to a question as to how you managed to support yourself. Good moral character is not just about arrests and USCIS is free to make any inquiries about your stay in the U.S. it sees fit. If you want a more specific answer, you should have an immigration attorney review your entire file.
