I sponcered my husband to come to the us.we got married in canada in 2009 and he came here in 2011. things have changed in the past year. what happens if i decide to divorice him?and would anything happen to me seeing as that i sponcered him

You should contact an imigration attorney to discuss all of the implications. If filing of divorce is imminent, you should contact the USCIS and withdraw the Petition for Alien Relatives and Affidavit of Support.
