i am a us citizen, and one year ago i had sponcer my brother from guyana,my mother recently get her greencard can i change the pitition by having her sponcer.

You will not be able to transfer your petition to your mother in order to sponsor your brother. If your mother chooses to sponsor your brother she will have to file a seperate petition.

Depending on your priority dates, it may be advisable to do so. You should consult with an immigration attorney to advise you further.
