I am a us citizen and I would like to sponsor my mom who resides in canada she is 75 years old. I would like to know what forms do I need to fill out

You need to file the Form I-130 (Petition for an Alien Relative) - as you are sponsoring your parent the wait is shorter than for most petitions.
The date for completing the process is based on where the filer lives. An approximate time for completing the process can be found by checking the guidelines on the USCIS website - however New York is one of the busiest offices with a massive volume of immigration requests and subsequently has longer waiting periods.
