Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

I want to start a consultant company and hire computer programers and send them as consultants to work a different places like banks. I of course would get paid by the bank or where ever I send them then I pay my employee. I will need a lawyer so I can file to immigration to take these computer programers on H 1 visa. Is it still possible for a consultant company to hire someone on an H 1 visa? If yes how much will it be to file all the papers?

Hi,

If the USCIS is satisfied that your new consulting company is capable of paying the offered salary, the H1B petition should be approved. It is important to be able to submit itinerary of the sponsored employee, and thus agreement or contract between your company and the client company is helpful in consulting cases, presumably because the amount billed to the client company will be higher than the offered salary to your company's employee.
