Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
submitted removal of CR, is it okay to travel although they requested additional evidence which i submitted on June 3, but i'm traveling on June 10th?

You can travel domestically without a greencard. You just need a photo ID, such as a driver's license.
However, if you are going to leave the U.S., I would recommend getting an I-551 stamp in your passport. Although the CR is automatically extended until the I-751 is adjudicated, I would not rely on just the expired "greencard" & your I-751 receipt notice for re-admission. That being said, there is no way you'll get an Infopass apmnt in NY before the 10th.
