Tax forms
My question is about tax-forms. I overstayed my B1 visa for 2.5 years. Recently got married to American citizen but He doesnt have proper tax forms. Does that have any influence on the process of adjustment of my satus.

Whether or not he is behind in paying his taxes will have no impact on your application for change of status.
The INS looks for violent crimes and crimes that denote a 'depraved character'. Not filing your taxes ius a serious crime, but it does not indicate that either of you is a person who is fundamentally evil.
This is not something for you to worry about for your status.
However, this is something to woprry about for your financial future!
