Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
Timetable
INS received my documents
(adjustment of status, employment
authorization, petition for a parent--I
also did the finger printing already)
last October 22, 2007.When I
checked their website it says ''case
received and pending''. Can I make
an appointment already to follow up
what's happening with my case?
Please advice. Thank you very much.

Re: Timetable
You can review USCIS website to check processing times to see if the petition you filed should have been already decided.
