Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
Training Visa
A company is offering me unpaid training on a H-3 visa for 2 years. I want to travel back and forth to the UK within that period.
My questions is
1)Will I able to extended my stay?
2)Do I have to work for that company, if another employer offers work which is relevant to the training?.
Thanks Happy Hoildays

Re: Training Visa
You will be able to travel while you are on valid H-3 status, but you will not be able to extend your stay beyond the two years allowed. However, you may be able to change your status upon completion of H-3.
You are only permitted to work for your sponsoring employer. If you wish to change employers, you will need to file a new petition with USCIS.
