Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

no uscis answer till now

i renew my green card and they sent me a new one with an error on my name. i sent it back for correction. i received a letter saying from uscis that they received it and they gonna sent me a new card with my correct name in 2 or 3 weeks it was in may this year. now it's september i did not receive it yet?

so what should i do?

It would be advisable to make an infopass appointment with your local office to inquire as to the status of your case. If for some reason the card was sent but you never recieved it, form I-90 may be needed for the card to be reissued.
