Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
hi if my vawa case approved but i485 denied and I file i290b can I file i765 on that vawa approved or do I have to wait for answer for i290b and how long i290b takes thanks

If the I-485 was denied, then your I-765 should have been revoked, as well. Therefore, you are risking accruing unlawful presence while the Appeal/MTR is pending & you cannot work in the interim.
I-360 VAWA Appeals are taking up to 6 months to process.
Out of curiosity, why was your I-485 denied?
