Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

my mother had a green card for about 20yrs after 9/11 she didnt want to get on a plane it been almost 7yrs,lost her green card.my father pettion for her now she is #8500 in the waiting list.father is a citizien and all her 5 kids.? now 1 of my brother is going for a kidney transplant and im going to be the donor.what can we do to get her here asap? we just want to be all together just in case something happen to me or my brother.thanx

Because of your mother's long absence from the U.S. she is deemed to have abandoned her Green Card. However, her status as an immediate relative of a U.S. Citizen may make her eligible for an immigrant visa immediately.
The proper paperwork will have to be prepared for her to process through the Consulate abroad.
You should consult with an expereiced immigration lawyer before proceeding.
