Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
wanting divorce!
if someone marries for papers, changes their mind and then wants to divorce after a year of marriage how long can they remain in the US before they are deported? (this person has conditional resident status currently)

Marriage fraud is a crime, is a bar to furture residency, as well as being a ground for deportation.
