Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
I will get married, my husband lost his citizen certificate(CC) I am not a citizen, if we married he won't be able apply for my green card until he replace his CC?

Correct. Assuming you had a lawful entry and are eligible to adjust status in the United States, your husband must submit proof of his U.S. citizenship at the time he petitions you for U.S. Legal Permanent Residence. So, he either needs his naturalization certificate or U.S. passport.
