Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
Working with an H-4 visa
My husband has applied for his H-1 visa and that means I get an H-4 visa. I would like to go to school in Spring 2000 semester to pursue a Maters Dgree, but his salary will not be able to support us and pay my fees as well. I want to know if a waiver could be given to me to enable me to work with the H-4 visa so I can pay for my fees. Thanks.
