auto accident
what is the statute of limitations for filing a claim on an auto accident ? I have never signed anything closing the file

I recoved your post on 11-15-2000.
While there is no statute of limitations on an auto claim (it is the type of legal action that has the statute of limitation), negligence actions usually have a 3 year statute of limitaions which runs from the date of the occurence.
