Auto insurance

I would like to know my rights for insurance coverage being dropped from full to liability 14 days after purchase of my certified used car because there was no record of photo inspection and now my car is and has been in the shop since june due to my ins. Company refusing to pay

When you buy a used car, the insurance company requires a photo inspection within a certain time period. If you don't get one they are allowed to downgrade your coverage. However, if you were still paying for the full coverage, and they accepted your money, they must cover you. In other words, when they reduced your coverage, did they also reduce your rates? If you weren't paying for it, the insurance company is not responsible.
