Legal Question in Insurance Law in New York
Who is the check made out to?
If the other persons insurance is paying, under whose name will the check come under? Someone other than the person whose name is on the insurance was driving so would it be his name or the person who is on the insurance?

The insurance check is made out by the insurance company and signed by an officer. The check is made out to the injured or damaged party.
