Legal Question in Insurance Law in New York
my collision coverage was terminated for i didn't submit a photoinspection.I didn't reseive any letter about even though, they stated now,they sent it.Also, they sent me the letter about termination dated 11-22, after,i reported them an accident on 11\19. the termination date 10-29.What should be done? Does it make sense to file the case against them?

If the agent who bound the coverage did not give you paperwork that advised that your collision coverage wold lapse in 10 days, sue the broker. Yo don't have a claim against the insurance company because you did not fulfill a condition of the coverage.
