Legal Question in Insurance Law in New York
I have a Condo which I purchased in 2007, I recently found out that I am paying insurance for a single family home which is 4 times more than the condo insurance I should be paying, my insurance company does not want to reimburse the difference. Do I have legal ground to claim a refund?
